For A Modern
Irving has a thriving art scene, and now with the help of the Irving Arts Center (IAC) you can explore it from the comfort of our apartments in Las Colinas. An affiliate of the Smithsonian, the IAC offers access to its exceptional virtual tours and performances. View visual art galleries, critically-acclaimed musical and theatrical performances, and informative historical tours all online.
If you enjoy innovative and modern artwork, the IAC's 360° Tours gives you full access to its galleries for free. It hosts the work of local, national, and international artists working in a variety of media. You can also see work from artists in training from North Lake College.
If you're a professional or amateur artist, you can become a Connection Member which allows you to display your own artwork and enter contests for cash prizes. There are professional, non-professional categories for entry, so everybody is welcome.

If you're in the mood for a show, the IAC provides its critically acclaimed performances for streaming on demand. You can attend the Las Colinas Symphony or stream its current run of musicals. It's worth trying out, since it offers your money-back if you're not fully satisfied with your experience. Check out information for virtual performances here.
If you're craving knowledge to expand your familiarity with history, IAC is working in partnership with the Jackie Townsell Bear Creek Heritage Center. Check out awesome online tours and videos discussing the Bear Creek community in west Irving.
